We accept patients aged 16 and older. Once you have submitted the Intake Form, the next step is Insurance Verification. After your insurance is verified, our nursing staff will review your intake details. Following this review, a member of our team will contact you to schedule your appointment. Please allow approximately 7 to 14 days for this process. For individuals without insurance, the cost of the initial visit is $200. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward the cost of your first visit. All follow-up appointments are priced at $120 and must be paid in full at the time of service.
